Remember when Shaquille O'Neal demonstrated to Inside The NBA co-host Charles Barkley that he could still get up there?

These days, when the NBA legend isn't being the biggest kid with his peers, he occupies himself with serious matters, talking about politics and helping the community. We miss freaking out over the sight of Shaq devouring hapless big men like they're "BBQ chicken!"

That's why seeing the Hall of Famer take the court after a long time—even for a pickup game—easily counts as a source of unbridled joy.

In a short clip that Diesel uploaded on social media earlier today, he just made the pint-sized baller—at least when standing right next to the 7-foot-1, 325-pound (plus retirement weight) behemoth—guarding him regret playing basketball.

We almost teared up when he busted out that classic push-off-to-monster-jam. Even at 45, Shaq remains true to his word: "Just give the ball to the big man and let him dominate..."
