When something needs extra flair, call the US women's gymnastics team.

Following the Final Five's gold medal-win in the recently concluded Rio 2016 Olympics, a couple of its members crossed over into another sport and had fun at the diamond recently.

Laurie Hernandez was invited to do the ceremonial first pitch when the New York Mets hosted the Washington Nationals at Citi Field. With such a privilege, she made sure that she wouldn't just throw a basic fast ball.

Meanwhile, teammate Madison Kocian graced the Texas Rangers-Houston Astros game at Globe Life Park for the same reason. Although the avid Rangers fan had an entirely different but similarly impressive routine...

It might have affected their accuracy, but what the heck. We couldn't even properly do one of the two...
