A show that involves special mechanisms, like The Voice Kids Philippines and its swivel chairs, should expect a few glitches every now and then.
And that's exactly what happened in the middle of 11-year-old Noel Comia's blind audition. He was belting out Sarah Geronimo's "Can This Be Love" in the pilot episode of the reality singing TV competition's third season.
Newcomer coach-judge Sharon Cuneta, after hearing him clinch the song's chorus, decided she'd like Noel on her team. She was supposed to face the young boy at the push of a button, but her chair had other things in mind:
Ensuing hilarity aside, we aren't quite sure if the mishap affected Noel's choice for his coach-judge. He eventually went with Lea Salonga, whom he beautifully sang the Disney song "A Whole New World" with.
