Today, the WWE celebrates its blue brand’s 1000th episode. That’s right, SmackDown Live (or just SmackDown), which started back in 1999, has been running that long, giving us wrestling fans some of the company’s best rivalries and storylines for nearly two decades.

The McMahon family came to have some fun
That may not have been a very nice sight to see (especially Vince McMahon’s awkward dance moves) but it’s good enough for a laugh and to see that the McMahon’s are not taking themselves too seriously.
The Rated R superstar returns for an episode of the Cutting Edge
While it still makes us sad that Edge had to retire early because of a career-ending injury, it's great to see fans shower him with love and support on his return. The Edge is back doing his controversial talk show with WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch, and her challenger (and former best friend), Charlotte as guests. And with these types of guests, it’s pretty obvious how it’ll end up.
Evolution reunites (or do they?)
We all thought it was going to be a simple reunion for these four workhorses. But when Batista dropped that pipe bomb about Triple H not yet beating him, it was tense. The crowd felt it, and the people watching at home surely did as well. So what about it, guys? Wrestlemania?
