In addition, the study revealed that women are more interested in what men have to say for themselves, not just their looks. They are more likely to consider a man based on his description than his picture.
The study states: "This is your chance to shine and—just like when compiling a CV for that job you really want—there's no point in hiding your best qualities. Think about what you would look for in a partner and apply that criteria to yourself; would you really want to spend an evening with someone who's dependable, respectful, and easy-going (despite these all being great qualities) when you can hit the town with someone who's intelligent, outgoing and driven by burning ambition?"
At the end of the day, you really do want your profile to reflect you. If they can't get down with you being quiet, they are probably not the one for you anyway, right?
