First of all, we're taking a break from our regular programming this weekend. I'd like to give a shout-out to everyone who made it to the One Night Stan launch and signing at FHM BroCon last Saturday, July 11. Mag-ingay, Barangay FHM

Unbeknownst to all of you, I'm not just a book writer; I'm also a budding trapo! Last week, just before the BroCon, the Supporters of Stanley Chi made this campaign video to show you just what kind of politics you're getting yourself into when you vote for me. 'Yung iba nag-pangako ng Matuwid (na daan). Ako naman, Matigas (ang paninindigan), Masarap (kasama), at Mahaba (and pasensya).

Panoorin ninyo:

Maasahan ko ba ang boto niyo?

If not your vote, your presence at the second book signing for One Night Stan will more than suffice!

If you guys were too busy ogling the girls onstage during the BroCon (or if you’re too much of a cheapskate to pay the entrance fee), I have another book launch scheduled at the National Bookstore in Trinoma on August 1, Saturday, 2 p.m.!

I have special guests: Ramon Bautista, who happens to be the internet action star of the Philippines; the country’s premiere ventriloquist, Ony Carcamo, who has a manyak doll named Mr. Parley; and the country’s top mentalist, Justin Pinon, who can read your dirty minds even with his eyes covered with black cloth. That said, I would like to thank everyone who has supported this little column of mine here on FHM.com.ph and those who came to the One Night Stan book launch—salamat, mga bros!

Now, one last thing you should know and remember: Ang tunay na bro, hindi papogi!

About the author: Stanley Chi penned the books Suplado Tips, Pogi Points, and the National Bookstore bestseller Men Are From QC, Women Are From Alabang. His most recent book, Chicken Mami for the Sawi, is now available in bookstores nationwide. Stanley is also a comedian, host, and brand ambassador. Follow him on Instagram and Twitter (@stanleychi), or subscribe to his column here on FHM!
