After showcasing their summer collection, Ray-Ban now introduces their Rare Prints, an eclectic line of Wayfarers and Clubmaster models designed with the most unique of prints. It includes two limited editions—Flowers and Subway.
The subway motif is actually a portion of New York City’s subway map. It is officially authorized and has a 2009 copyright of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. So for urbanites and fans of the Big Apple, you might just want to take a look at this.
Don’t judge the Flowers motif as too, well, as too effeminate just yet. As you can see in the gallery below, it’s actually pretty hip. Check out the outstanding blue version that features the print on the frame front, instead of the usual, that is inside the frame.
There is yet another motif that will surely be of interest to hardcore Ray-Ban fans: the Ray-Ban Mania. Here, the Ray-Ban logo, used in new and enjoyable ways, adorns the inside of the frame.
