Taking cues from Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose who gave a sneak peek of the D Rose 6 on Facebook barely a month ago, last season's NBA Most Valuable Player, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors, also officially unveiled the latest edition of his signature shoe by Under Armour, the Curry 2, alongside plans of its initial release:
Reports indicate that the Curry 2 will have Under Armour's SpeedForm tech (an innovation which provides shock absorption, energy return, and better ground feel) and an improved Charged Cushioning setup (for better sole cushioning). Other than those two, we'll have to actually see these kicks in action to see its other features.
The only problem is, with Chef Curry being too good, we may never know how this pair will perform for mere mortals like us until we purchase one ourselves.
Sad to say the Curry 2 won't be available when Steph visits Manila tomorrow. In any case, we'll keep you updated on local pricing and availability deets so, stay tuned!
