Alab Pilipinas Vs. Singapore Slingers: Whose Sneaker Game Was Stronger?

At least the locals put up a good fight in the shoe department

If we're talking about the recent game between Alab Pilipinas and the Singapore Slingers, the latter clearly one-upped the PH team, 90-80, in the Asean Basketball League.

Double-doubles from imports Renaldo Balkman (24 pts, 12 reb) and Justin Brownlee (16 pts, 11 reb) weren't enough to stretch Alab's three-game winning streak. On the other hand, Fil-Canadian AJ Mandani (23 pts, 11 in the final 7 mins.) and Singapore reinforcement Chris Charles (29 pts, 15 reb) took over the final quarter to redeem themselves from last Sunday's loss to the Filipinos.

The Slingers may have dominated the locals on the basketball court, but at least our representatives put up a good fight in the fashion department.
