We love Vans' classic slip-ons. In terms of ease of use, they are the best pair of sneakers anyone could have.

Japanese visual artist Takashi Murakami—the only visual artist to be included in Time's "100 Most Influential People" list in 2008—seems to agree. The 53-year-old, who also did the cover for Kanye West's Graduation album in 2007, is collaborating with Vans for one cool collection.

For the team-up, Murakami incorporated lively colors, shapes, and imagery to kicks, tees, and even skate decks for the apparel brand. Now, his collab pieces are up for grabs...if you're living in the United States.

Murakami's own dog, Pom, makes a cameo on the footbed of each slip-on. Cute, right? Girls love dogs, and they might just love you for having one right in your shoes.

The patterns make an appearance on the three shirts in the collection too. One even features the artist's cartoonized self-portrait.
