This was after netizens started sharing a photo of a well-meaning feeding program courtesy of Governor Ramil Hernandez, who by the way went full epalitiko mode with an image of him plastered on the left side of the tarp. But the detail that made the program go viral was its headline that had an interesting choice of words.

At first look, the program’s title does quite tap into our playful side. But to be fair, the hardworking employees of Laguna told GMA News that they weren’t aware of the other meaning of “cum,” which translates to semen when used in slang.
They also said they’ve been using “cum” in previous programs which loosely means “with” or “and” in Latin.
Meanwhile, green-minded netizens couldn’t help but show their naughty side as they had fun interpreting the feeding program’s title.
