Physicist Stephen Hawking, whom you may recall as the whiz geek in the wheelchair who talks funny, once published a groundbreaking book, A Brief History of Time. It delved on the nature of space and time and the real creation story. But alas, earthlings can only understand so much scientific idiolect. About the author
Though severely disabled by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, this Physicist's brain is far from inoperative. His primary fields of research include theoretical cosmology and quantum gravity—we don’t know what the hell they’re about, but we know for sure that these are things normal human beings like us don’t normally talk about over beer.
