Allen Iverson's messy post-NBA life is fast clouding his highly decorated playing career. His most recent f*ck-up: The 11-time All-Star point guard allegedly stole his own kids. Wasap wit dat?

The former Philadelphia 76ers star is being accused by ex-wife Tawanna of refusing to return all five of their children, which counts as a criminal offense because he has zero custody of them.

As part of the ex-couple's divorce proceedings earlier this year, Tawanna was granted sole custody of the kids, while Allen was ordered to see a psychiatrist and attend Alcoholic Anonymous meetings in exchange for limited visitation rights, amidst several appeals. He totally crossed the boundaries of those rights in this particular case, thus the potential suit.

Here's how it happened: Last month, A.I. allegedly asked his ex-wife for permission to take their kids on a vacation in Charlotte, North Carolina for a couple of days, to which Tawanna agreed to. But in classic Iverson fashion, Allen went on his own way. Not only did he fail to bring the kids back to their mom on the agreed deadline, he also allegedly made it a point to hide them from Tawanna.

According to TMZ, Tawanna says she tried to meet up with Allen two weeks ago, but her ex-husband no-showed, prompting her to take legal action. She also believes he never even brought them to Charlotte at all, instead keeping them at a luxury hotel in Georgia. Now she wants her kids back, and she wants him locked up in jail.

In response, Iverson has vehemently denied his ex-wife's claims and is also keen on taking legal action against her. We think "abduction" is a very strong word to use her, granting these are Iverson's kids, but the law isn't in his favor either. "He does not know how to manage the children," the judge wrote in the divorce case's final decree. "He has little interest in learning to manage the children and has actually, at times, been a hindrance to their spiritual and their emotional growth and development."

Even those who know Iverson personally find it hard to back him up. "He has hit rock-bottom, and he just hasn't accepted it yet," says former Sixers teammate Roshod McLeod back in April. It is worth noting that right after losing custody of the kids in the divorce settlement, A.I. reportedly failed to provide sufficient child support, and has also lost his $4.5 million Atlanta mansion to foreclosure.

Allen Iverson                          "I did a lot of things that I'm not proud of," Iverson said in a press conference in '09.

We know the man is constantly screwing up here, but we really, truly believe A.I. could use a break. Save for his children, he ain't got nothin' much to work on. Tawanna, darling, maybe there's a way for you to work this out?
