Filipinos and Fil-Ams making it through the blind auditions of The Voice in other countries has become a not-so rare occurrence that contestants have to do an absolute head-turner to get the attention of showrunners and news outfits alike.
Although this wasn't the case with Brooklyn-based, 26-year-old Amy Vachal, who just had to beautifully render the classic "Dream A Little Dream of Me" to have three of four coaches turn for her in the preliminaries of the hit singing competition.
Watch Amy enthrall coaches Pharrell Williams, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Adam Levine through a captivating number in her audition video below:
She eventually joined Team Pharrell, whose mentor said he "would be unbelievably appreciative to have the opportunity to aid you in this journey."
In our case, Amy did also catch our eyes, not just with her heartfelt singing, but also by being quite the looker. And you know we couldn't resist stalki..., er, looking up a woman we fancy...
Ten minutes into scouring Amy's Facebook page (Yep, we're that fast when it comes to these things), we noticed these three running themes that perfectly sum up the appeal of the vocal charmer:
SHE'S MOST BEAUTIFUL WHEN SHE'S IN HER ELEMENT
HER CLOSE-UP SHOTS AIN'T BAD
SHE'S QUITE FOND OF THE B&W PALETTE (AND VICE VERSA)
Hope to hear more from you and best of luck to your The Voice run, Amy!
