1)   BALATO SEASON: Man hits P300 million lotto jackpot


This was the numerical combination drawn at the Saturday Grand Lotto 6/55 last September 27. This was also the combination that one person in Cebu City strung together on the way to becoming the sole winner of a cool P294,600,000—to which we said “Good for you, bai!” Now, let’s all feign happiness for the instant Cebuano/Cebuana millionaire as we try to survive the Last Day Before Payday.

Right after the Philippines' International Motor Show, it was Indonesia’s turn to showcase car porn. Unlike our buddies at, however, we forgot to book our plane tickets to Indonesia. So when they returned from the trip, we asked them right away: “May pictures kayo ng mga models? Pa-spot naman!”

As it turns out, NBA 2K15 isn’t the only “2K15” title we’re earmarking our game funds for. From the same publisher as the NBA 2K series, we’ve got WWE 2K15, which will mark the first time that a WWE title was built from the ground up for new-gen consoles PS4 and Xbox One. It has a new gameplay trailer using footage from the said systems in anticipation of its release on November 18:
