I have a habit of wearing boxer shorts with no shirt as pambahay, especially during the weekends. Once, when I was playing a little game of tagu-taguan with my little brother in pambahay, I counted down and searched the upstairs room. Not finding him there, I rushed downstairs where I was certain my kid brother was hiding. To my horror, my teenage sister and all her girlfriends were there eating dinner. The looks on their faces were of unpredictable. I couldn’t tell whether they were uncomfortable or just surprised. I pretended that I needed something from the fridge, got a bottle water, and went straight back up. My brother stayed downstairs, grinning from ear to ear.
