It's confirmed: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced the one-week dry run of the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lane along EDSA, starting on Monday, December 11. 

Simply put, vehicles carrying at least three people (including the driver) will be allowed to pass through the fifth and leftmost lane, together with motorcycles. A P500 fine is waiting for those who will violate the rule via no-contact apprehension policy.
