We're pretty sure you guys love hot sauce. We mean, who doesn't, right? Adding that much-needed kick to otherwise boring dishes, it's right up there with toyo-mansi and ketchup in the list of must-have condiments for every man kitchen.
However, there's one particular type of hot sauce we're not sure if our fellow bros can handle. Called kumache, it's from Venezuela and uses two WTF ingredients we didn't see coming: red ants and termites.
If you think this is some kind of food joke, think again.
Seeing how it's prepared made us think that, yes, we'll have a go at it if ever it's offered to us—insect legs and all. Imagining ourselves slathering generous amounts of it on our favorite meaty masterpieces made our mouths water. Sure, a hot sauce which uses red ants and termites may require a bit more courage than regular ones, but there's a good reason why kumache is a hit with tourist. And we're willing to put our tongues on the line for it.
In any case, it's a true taste test of character for any food-loving #TNL.
