In an interview on Monday, Duterte said her city was offering P2 million for information leading to the perpetrator's arrest, GMA News reported.
Duterte explained that the reward will be divided into P1 million for the individual who can provide specific information, and another P1 million for the individual who arrests the suspect.
She also told CNN Philippines that it was important to make sure that the suspect is alive when brought to city officials.
"We want the suspect delivered to us alive because we want to know who are the other personalities involved in the attack and we want to know the reasons behind the attack and also if there are other attacks planned on the city and as well as the country," she said.
The Abu Sayyaf, which the government is currently engaging in an all-out-war, claimed responsibility for the bombing on Friday night that killed 14 and injured at least 60 others.
