So Team Riches, a team from the Philippines, won The Amazing Race Asia, who hasn't heard about that? [firstpara]

Well, here's a piece of TV news you also wouldn't want to miss: A huge chunk of hurray for Pinoy contestant Genghis Khan Enrique!

He took third place honors in the finale of The Biggest Loser Asia season 2 Tuesday, December 14. He follows the footstep of Chef Carlo Miguel, who placed second in last season's The Biggest Loser Asia.

The 34-year old computer shop owner lost a whopping 53 kilos, trim fitting himself to 240 lbs by the time the show ended. Not bad at all, given that his weight upon joining the show was a massive 357 lbs.

Top placer is Singaporean Viveganandam “Raj” Deveraj, who barely edged-out Thailand’s Atikom “Nai” Laksanapanai by a mere 1 kilogram to win the second season of the weight-loss reality show and take home the US$100,000 prize.

Raj weighed 144 kg coming in but only weighed 77 kilos by finale time, a 67 kilogram drop from his initial weigh-in. Nai on the other hand managed to shed 63 kilos out of his initial weight of 137 kilograms.

Together, Genghis, Raj, and Nai managed to rid themselves over 186 kilograms, which if converted, is over 400 lbs lost. These men basically ceased two average persons to existence. Heck, they basically ceased one Genghis Khan to existence.

“I have diabetes, hypertension, heart problems, back problems and knee problems. I’m a ticking time bomb,” says Genghis as reported by Yahoo Philippines. “But look at me now, I have all the excuses in the world not to take this step, so if I can do it, so can anybody else.”

And so we shall, and we shall do so now. Click here to check out 5 fitness tips from Fitness First's Dave Nuku.
