"According to the PNP Directorate for Personnel, the man named Gaylord Santos does not have any record as a police officer," he said.

Santos was identified as a civilian who resides in Las Piñas City.

Mayor said they will be filing usurpation of authority and other charges against the suspect for the improper use of the PNP uniform.

In the video, Santos, who was wearing a PNP shirt, was shown getting off his vehicle and cursing a motorcyclist near Rizal Park in Manila.

He then slapped the rider and boarded his vehicle just to pull over the corner and continue verbally abusing the rider.
