As a result, Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte promptly reprimanded the comedian. And you know what they say about the Duterte family: You don't want to be on their bad side. Obedient Ramon then went back on stage and apologized for the remark, which was the best thing he could do to save his life in that situation.

In fairness to our man Ramon, he isn't the first (and certainly won't be the last) celebrity to have a verbal FAIL moment. Here we list down eight other incidents starring a Pinoy celebrity who said something facepalm-worthy during a show or a performance.

 During an ASAP performance back in 2003, Claudine almost slipped onstage. It caught her off-guard...and unleashed a snappy P.I. It was certainly a surprise given how pa-tweetums she was back then. Well, at least she said sorry soon after.

And by smelly, we mean not literally. While reporting about the happenings at the Million People Pork Barrel March in October last year, the GMA 7 reporter made a poo-nderful mistake. Yep, one letter makes all the difference.
