Supermodel Karlie Kloss posted a very angry tweet about Philippine Airlines. Taking an airport selfie with the PAL check-in counter behind her, Karlie typed the words "NO ONE FLYS IN PHILIPINES AIRLINES [sic] …AND NOW I KNOW WHY" in big red bold letters.
She says she experienced the "worst customer service of all time" and that PAL's service was "rude and disrespectful."
PAL's official Twitter account has since sent a series of tweets to the supermodel:
Karlie has already acknowledged PAL's reply and said she would send in her details.
