Sugarfree celebrates its tenth year in the music industry with a show at the Music Museum in Greenhills. Performing with Sugarfree is the Manila Symphony Orchestra. It's a two-night special that begins tonight 28 August and closes tomorrow 29 August. Gig starts at 8PM. See you there!

Monuments to the Institutional Critique of Myself: An Exhibit by Manuel Ocampo
Connoisseurs of art know where to be on Saturday, August 29. They'll be at the opening reception of Manuel Ocampo's gallery in Pablo Galleries, The Fort. The said gallery is described by its official website to be an "exhibit incorporting paintings into sculptural assemblages that explore the indeterminate nature of art as a site of meaning and function." The Last Journey of Ninoy
Showing at Cinema 4 in Glorietta 4 this weekend, August 29 and 30 is The Last Journey of Ninoy.This film by Jun Reyes will show Ninoy's roots, up to his eventual assassination. Many of Ninoy's ideals and the hardships that he suffered as a consequence of these principles, will be revealed in this film, as told through the last interview of Cory Aquino.
