Just like Ignacio, singer-songwriter Jimmy Bondoc was also appointed to the PAGCOR as the AVP for Entertainment. However, he later clarified that the appointment did not push through. He was instead appointed as officer-in-charge for Entertainment before becoming the Vice President of PAGCOR’s Corporate Social Responsibility Group in October 2017.
Kat de Castro
News about the appointment of journalist and TV personality Kat de Castro to the Department of Tourism (DOT) first broke out in July 2016. She currently serves as undersecretary for tourism advocacy and public affairs.
