A 46-year-old property developer accused of forcing himself on an 18-year-old woman who was sleeping in his London flat has been acquitted.
Saudi millionaire Ehsan Abdulaziz supposedly met the complainant and her 24-year-old friend at a nightclub last year, after which the three of them went back to his apartment.
There, Abdulaziz reportedly did the deed with the older woman in his bedroom, while the teen fell asleep on his sofa.
The 18-year-old then supposedly woke up to Abdulaziz forcing himself inside her. She managed to escape and called the authorities, which led to the Saudi's arrest.
In his defense, Abdulaziz claimed during the trial that his accuser "pulled him in," causing him to fall on top of her.
Traces of his semen were also discovered inside the young lady's vagina. To which the defendant had this to say: He might have accidentally tripped and penetrated the alleged victim because his erect penis was poking out of his underwear.
Unfortunately, we're not messing with you.
Abdulaziz told the court, "I'm fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened between me and this girl, nothing ever happened," adding that there might have been semen on his hands after doing it with her friend.
As to why his peenor was out in the open despite the presence of a younger woman in his living room, Abdulaziz said, "I didn't go in there to have a conversation, I just went in there to switch off the TV and have a glass of water... (and) It's my place."

In the end, the jury found enough grounds to clear the accused of one count of rape.
