It all started with an odd, but actually quite simple resignation piece that has now gone viral:
We didn't know government exit letters are supposed to be shared with the public these days but, whatever...
Vice President Jejomar Binay's resignation from President Noynoy Aquino's Cabinet on Monday (June 22) not only relieves him of his duties as housing czar and presidential adviser on OFW concerns, but also liberates him from the senseurge of having to favor the administration. Not to mention the veep supposedly having the feeling of being the "odd man out" in a Liberal Party-ruled Cabinet, according to a member of opposition party United Nationalist Alliance, which has Binay as its standard bearer in the 2016 elections.
But ultimately, many saw the move as Binay's grand chance to freely castigate the Aquino administration, who recently has been quite critical of him.
True enough, it didn't take long for him to fire shots aimed at President Aquino and co. Two days after quitting the Cabinet, a seemingly fuming Binay was in fight mode as he discussed the reasons behind his resignation in front of—who else—his family, allies, and members of the media at his official residence, the Coconut Palace.
Below is a recap of Kumander Jojo's no-holds-barred oratory!
ON HOW THE P-NOY ADMINISTRATION IS "MANHID" AND "PALPAK"
The VP's real message as translated by the FHM Truth Machine: "My platform is primarily for the betterment of the poor!"
(The Palace, today, has already responded to the Vice President's statements, saying that he "has made the unfortunate choice to commence his presidential run with statements that he could have otherwise discussed with the President as a Cabinet member but chose not to." Oops...)
CRITICIZING 'SELECTIVE JUSTICE'
The VP's real message as translated by the FHM Truth Machine: "Walang kaibigan, walang kumpare, walang kamag-anak o anak na maaaring magsamantala sa ngayon." (Wait, what?)
CHALLENGING HIS DETRACTORS TO AN HONEST ELECTION
The VP's real message as translated by the FHM Truth Machine: "Mudslinging in future elections will not be tolerated!"
CONFIRMING HIS PLANS FOR 2016
The VP's real message as translated by the FHM Truth Machine: "You'll be ensured of a fearless, and undeterred president..."
SEEMINGLY TAKING A SWIPE AT SEN. GRACE POE
The VP's real message as translated by the FHM Truth Machine: "...and a true-blue Filipino at that!"
It wasn't a coincidence that the FHM Truth Machine interpreted the VP's statements as such. We'll be damned if all of these don't boil down to his presidential bid next year.

Also, THIS JUST IN: Another letter of Binay has made rounds on social media, this time addressed to Sen. Koko Pimentel, on the latter's request for an audit of shelter agencies the former previously oversaw.
