On November 6, the night’s just as good with Coritha and Talahib manning the fort.
Over at Saguijo in Makati, we’ve got a larger ensemble of talents this weekend.
On November 5, we have Princess Batugan w/ Badburn, Glorious Masai Mara, Halik ni Gringo, Monkeyspank, Reklamo, Salamin & Severo.
On November 6, it’s Kalayo, Loquy, & Playphonics rocking the place.
At Obsidian Bar and Grill in Ortigas, it’s loud and clear that it’s not going to be a silent evening on November 5 as Union of Sound Presents Swabehan Groovefest featuring The Chongkeys, FMD, ODX, Irie I, Bambuspliff, Dejado, Kampai, Charlie, DUI, Scrabble and Anti-Groove Nation. Ticket price is P100.
On November 6, the lineup will be just as powerful with Island Rock Production featuring indie outfits Black Summer, Dhruva Tara, Cat Valium, Blind Stereo Moon, Sundown Caffeine, Bluewish, The Naked Lights, Filterkeen and more.
And even on a Sunday night, November 7, Obsidian will be power-packed with Tagayan Nights presenting Liquor Ban After 12 together with Pentavia, Talata, Gayuma, Vie, Aliskarte, Kontrabida, United by Fate, Guerilla Tactics and Tribo Subculture. Ticket price is P100 with one free drink. Gig starts at 8 p.m.
For people coming from the south, you can head on over to B-Side in Malugay St. Makati on November 5. The B-Side Experiment happens on that night featuring Mulan, Red-I, Don P., Budoy (Jr. Kilat), Timmy C. (New Zealand), Soulflower, and Coolie Dread. Entrance is free.
On November 6, Head The Natives Are Restless: EP Launch Party happens at B-Side as well Featuring Lochness, Feen, Degage, Enemies of Saturn, Turbo Goth, Loonie, and Xombie on Fire. Door charge is P150 with one free drink.
And last but not the least, B-Side invites you to Irie Sunday: The Cool Ruler for a night of reggae music on November 7. Celebrate the life and music of Gregory Isaacs also known as The Cool Ruler with live performances by Lady-I and Dreadknot Used, Red-I, Don P., Takashi, Papa Dom, and Greedy P. No cover charge.
