What kind of food do you like to cook and eat?
I love Japanese and Italian food. I also love seafood, like crab. I’m practicing how to create maki and pasta, with a twist. I also like cooking beef cubes and boneless chicken.

You mentioned last time you were planning to do yoga. Are you more Zen and flexible now?
Unfortunately with my schedule I haven’t been able to try yoga. Sayang nga yung pink mat ko, ha ha! I just try to eat a balanced diet.

Also when we last talked, you said you haven’t been out of the country? Where have you wandered off so far?
I visited Hong Kong, China, and Macau.

Was it your first time? What did you do there?
Yes, first time talaga! Sa Macau last year yun, for work. First time kong mag-out of the country. Takot na takot first! Yung Hong Kong naman, natuwa talaga ako dun kasi super daming masarap na food. Marami ring cute items, maraming shops, at super mura pa. Sayang nga hindi ako nakapunta sa Disneyland. Kasi naman ako lang mag-isa nun, nagexplore lang ako for six days para mag-soul searching kasi dumating yung point na hindi ko na alam gagawin ko with my life. After the trip, naging happy naman ako. Shopping lang and picture-picture!

How about locally? Any favorite spot?
It would probably be Cam Sur,specifically the Camsur Watersports Complex and Caramoan Beach.

What do you do these days to unwind?
Just eating, checking out weekend markets like Mercato and Banchetto. I always love to try new food, even exotic ones.

What keeps you relaxed at home?
I’m into Paulo Coelho’s books now. Very inspiring! On TV, I love watching Gossip Girl and CSI. Movies? I love Fast and the Furious. Real Steel made me cry! Also, Crazy Stupid Love, super cute siya. Mahilig ako sa chick flicks and romantic comedies. Right now I’m also reading a book about Steve Jobs.

Any favorite Paulo Coelho quotes?
“It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.” Also: “Be brave. Take risks. Nothing can substitute experience.”

Are you single? Looking for a particular type of guy?
As of now I guess I’m still testing the waters. I’m not the type of girl who’s too into looks. I just want my guy to tell me what he really feels.

What makes you feel sexy?
I feel sexy when my guy expresses his feelings. I like mushy stuff.

Who makes the first move? You or the guy?
I’m really a shy and sweet type, because I always want the first move to come from the guy.

Come the lucky guy, what kind of girlfriend will you now be? Do things change?
And nope, I’m not the jealous type!

Since college, do you get to practice your hospitality and restaurant management skills?
Currently I’m in the process of putting up a small resto grill.

Will you be the one cooking the food?
Yes, ako at ang mommy ko. We want to create a menu na kakaiba at magiging love at babalik-balikan talaga ng tao
