How was it shooting in a tattoo parlor?
I found it a bit challenging since this was a very diff erent and provocative theme compared to the ones I’m used to.
In terms of modeling, you mean?
Yes! Because I normally have beauty, bridal and regular fashion shoots— nothing like this! It’s my fi rst time to do a sexy shoot. Knowing that it’s for FHM, I must admit I was nervous at first. But I’m glad the team was very nice, helpful and professional. After a few sets they made it feel like a regular shoot. And it was fun, too!
Can we confess something?
We were staring long and hard the entire time to look for inked evidence, but found none. In case they happen to be located in regions concealed from us, may we just ask: Do you have tattoos?
Ha ha! I have none. But back when I was in college I always wanted to get one, maybe on my ribcage or my nape. I always wanted to get a Latin quote.
How would you describe yourself?
Most people’s fi rst impression of me is that I’m mataray, that I’m wild and that I’m a party girl—which I’m not! I’m really a homebody and I’ve been told I’m mild-mannered and approachable.
Why do you think people get that impression then?
I guess because most of my friends are clubbers and partygoers, so maybe by association that’s how people get that impression of me. I seldom go to clubs and actually enjoy steady drinking and having a good conversation more than partying.
Being a homebody, do you devote yourself to books or movie marathons? TV, perhaps?
Shucks, I’ve been too busy with my work that I haven’t watched TV for more than a year now!
Oh yes, we know you are project officer in an events agency. How’s your regular day like?
I usually start my day with a one-hour drive, dueling traffic on Edsa. And the entire day, I work. My work’s quite demanding since I do a bit of everything in the office.I conceptualize, do bids, present to clients, do reports and implement and manage events, among others. It’s crazy, I swear! It can be really stressful and demanding!
One word: Resign!
Ha ha! Yes, it is challenging. But the fulfi llment I get is priceless. In a way, I’m
proud that I can do all those tasks in day.
What happens the moment you clock out?
After work, I like grabbing a couple of drinks with my boyfriend, my friends or my mom. On weekends I usually just play games on the PS3.
How was it been being tied to a constant lover?
You mean a boyfriend? Ha ha! I’ve been with my boyfriend for more than two years now. And so far this is my longest relationship.
Care to tell us about the shortest relationship you’ve had?
My shortest was probably just a month. It was with my first boyfriend back in high school.
