ONE Fighting Championship CEO Victor Cui guarantees that his Singapore-based mixed martial arts promotion will be holding at least six major events in the Philippines in the next three years. That's terrific news if you're a fight fan. But for those who are head over heels in love with their Fil-Australian ring girl, Christine Hallauer, that piece of news mean the world to you. Baka magpainom ka pa!
Christine, whose mother hails from Davao while her father is Swiss, is from Perth, Australia, but being an international ring girl has allowed her to reconnect with her Filipino roots. She is, in fact, the third ONE FC muse to grace our pages, following the footsteps of Girlfriend of the Month Maya T and Hot Turista Mila G. Really now, is there a ONE FC babe invasion we should know about?
Now, for all you Christine-adiks, here's a tip from one bro to another: Christine and the girls will be present at ONE FC's upcoming event in SM Mall of Asia Arena this May. Let's make sure she gets to see our tender lovin' care come fight night, okay? In the meantime, check out her supah fine photos here!
We can’t get enough of your Aussie accent!
How’s everything so far? Have you gotten used to doing things the Filipino way?
I am absolutely loving my time here in the Philippines. I wish I could stay here longer. But in terms of the Filipino way, the first thing I think of is the traffic. The roads and the driving etiquette here are very different from Australia, ha ha!
It's about to get worse, trust us.
It may take a little while for me to get used to this. In Australia, we only use the horn for emergencies, but it seems everyone here is horn-honking-happy! People are always stuck in traffic or running late. I’m assuming this is what you call Filipino time? Ha ha!
Let's make bawi. What do you love about our country?
There are many things I love about the Philippines. For one, the people are friendly and helpful. The nightlife here is crazy, and there are so many restaurants and bars to choose from. I also find the guys here super nice. I don’t think I have had to open any doors while I am here, which is a big turn on for me.
What are the things you’re planning to do while you’re here?
This is more of a work trip than a vacation, but I’ll be back in a few months so hopefully I will have spare time to visit places like Boracay, Cebu, and Palawan. I would like to go diving and do some water sports.
Your fellow ring girls, Maya and Mila, also shot with us recently. Is there an incoming Hot Turista invasion we don’t know about?
My ONE FC girlfriends are pretty hot, aren’t they? I was here four times last year because I can’t get enough of Manila, and I guess it’s now catching on. In fact, I’ll be back with Maya in May for another ONE FC event.
