Fit women mean serious business. Cross them and you'll likely get punished with more than just a push-up or 10. With their toned abs, shapely legs, and dizzying curves, they inspire adulation from us mere mortals who can hardly lift or crunch.

If somehow they push you to mold your very own washboard six-pack and shirt-flattering pecs, take your task seriously please and lay off the boasting and silly moves. You'll only anger this month's FHM Idol and gym buff Marline Capones, who has seen her share of infuriating musclemen out to score some love. "Nakakinis yung mas marami pa yung sinelfie nya kesa sa reps na ginagawa nya. Hahaha. Pati yung mayabang and not a gentleman."

This ramp, event, and print model invests on her body, not only for her career, but also for her health and leisure. Her idea of relaxing is, in fact, exercising some more. "Exercising helps you to feel happy, and it is a great stress reliever. Next time you need to unwind, jog around the block or do a few laps in your place to work off any irritation or stress."

How did you get into modeling?
I started my career as beauty promodiser, ramp model ng mga dress boutique sa mall. Then, nung tumagal may mga nakilala na ako mga talent agencies. Dun na dumami yung mga events ko.

What other gigs did you have aside from events?
Before, I was on It's Showtime, and I was even a Pantene Girl. I was an extra sa mga movie ng Star Cinema like yung movie nina Enrique and Liza. Isa akong mean girl dun. Then, I appeared din sa music video rin ng "Samalamig" [by Shehyee].


Wow! You got busy! Do you still have a lot on your plate right now?
Yes! Currently, I am an ambassador of Suzuki Motors, Tanduay Calendar, Toby's Sports, Aguila Auto Glass, GT Radial, Flaming Franks Restaurant, and more!

What are the parts of the job you enjoy most?
Yung feeling na sikat ka na kahit hindi naman. Hehehe. 'Yung mas marami pa akong nakikilala at natututunan. I get to learn new things and take on more.

Nice! Hope it happens soon! Let's talk more about your personal life. Based on your Facebook feed, you seem like a foodie aside from being into fitness. Are we right?
Yes. Lalo na mga healthy food. Sobrang love ko.

Ahh! So aside from a healthy diet, how do you stay in shape?
I go to the gym. I also do late-night workouts, sometimes. I do 20 reps of high knees, push-ups, crunches, leg raises, lunges, squats, burpees, and jumping jacks for four sets. I also take a circuit training class to stay in shape.

Wow! You work so hard! Do you have any goal or peg in mind?
Yes! Zuzka Light is my fitness peg! But like I said in an FB post, "Looking good is a secondary. Having a healthy relationship with your body should be your priority."

Cool! Do a lot of guys hit on you while working or at the gym?
Yes. Sometimes, nababastos ka ng ibang tao habang nasa work. Lalo na sa car show events, hindi maiiwasan yun.

So how do you react or respond to guys you don't like?
"No, thank you" while looking the guy in the eye should do it. Keep walking. No more eye contact. Minsan dedma lang.

We wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that.
